This pen was different to make seeing as I needed to fill the natural holes in this wood with something. I decided to use green mica instead of sawdust or straight glue. I put the powder in the holes and worked it in a little with my finger the did CA over the top and resurfaced it to the finished shape to get tall the access mica off. The final finish is 3 med CA and 5-6 thick CA then a lite sanding and all the pretty colored pads.

As always bad or good comments are appreciated.

My wife said I should get some of the Ramon blanks, I didn't really care for them but the 1 razor and 1 pen I have used the Ramon on turned out good and different I think.

That has a real high fantasy touch to it. It looks like it was intended to be used with one of those massive spellbooks that permeate the high fantasy art. I like it!
