closed end custom clip fountain pen

my first fountian pen, closed ends and custom clip. wanted to get rid of the center band but had a blowout so had a change of plans. the clip is made of 3/32 " 316 stainless tig welding rod. comments good or bad welcome still learning myself

I like it. That wood looks great and I love the clip I am going to have to give that a try.

thanks guys can't take credit for the clip was thinking of doing somthing like this but till I seen something like this done by someone on IAP here i knew had to try it myself the tig rod I used worked pritty good not to hard to bend but i need to round off the edges on my pliers had a couple of nicks from bending it up
