This is the first closed end Zen I have done after seeing someone else post one around 2 weeks ago, I had to try it. The pen is a little longer then I had thought it would be but the size looks good and feels good . The finish is around 15 coats CA sanded then sanded again through all the colored pads then polished with Novus heavy and vine scratch removers.
Thanks for looking. Comments bad or good welcome.

Now that is outstanding. I prefer the thread version of this pen and now you have done a closed end I think that i will have to have a go on the thread cap one.

Fit, finish and pictures outstanding as usual

Brian, That is some gorgeous wood from your bottomless well of beautiful HRB!! Love the pen you made and it looks particularly good with the closed end. Really like the shape of the closed end as it provides the symmetry that enhances the beauty even further. Thanks for showing. Doc
