I really liked the other pens, like this one, made by others and thought i'd try it. I really like it and have two more blanks on the bench ready to turn.

did you turn the cabochon or buy it that size or what?
Turned the cabacon by holding the leftover stock in my jaw chuck and parting from the round end. I then attached it to the body and finished it after.
