Closed end almost Marti gras colors.

[Ruby pen turning]

Made this blank and put it on a Rhodium JR Gent from Smitty. I thought it was Mardi Gras colors but my wife informed me it was not. The colors are supposed to be purple, green and gold but I have orange. Looks close enough to me though. Closed ended of course.

LOVE the blank, and it definitely fits the finished pen very well. I wouldn't call it Mardi Gras, but it is pretty close.

I think I like the colors you have there better than I would the same with gold instead of the orange. I also like the shape of the closed end. Nice, Brian!
