Clip interchangeability

Maybe this is a stupid question, but does the atlas clip interchange with the cigar style pens? I like the clip styling much better that the cigar pens.

I just checked a Polaris and they are similar kits.
It wouldbe possible to put an atlas on a cigar.
You would need to make the top of the cigar pen a larger dia and turn a small tenon to act as a bushng for the hole in the Atlas clip.
You could put the cigar clip on the Atlas but you would need to ream out the hole.
I didn't check the diameter, you might be able to seak by without "shrinking the top of the Atlas.
As I recall there isn't much "meat" outside the tube.
