the clear wonder strikes again

I know most of you have seen this pen in the past, but I made a cap for it. The only (partly) suitable clip I could find laying about was from a gunmetal civil war kit. The rest is pretty well said with pictures


oh, this is my first cap therefore completing my first kitless pen.

I like it. Is time and hard work what polished the inside or is there a trade secret?

Thank you. I keep the bit well lubricated with WD-40 while drilling then using a slit dowel, sanded with 400 grit then used PSI one step polish (about like novus 3) then washed it out with a cotton bore brush and blue dawn dish soap.
