So I've moved up from the 7mm tubes into some new territory for me. Larger tubes, tenons, and Parker style refills. It's amazing how much better the pen feels in your hand. I know it's still not the top of the line kit, but the balance and solid feel are definitely a step up.

My only big complaint about the end result is some discoloration at the nib end of the wood. I must have nicked the bushings while sanding, but if I sanded any more I'd loose the fit so I just ran with it and chalked it up to a learning experience.

You did a nice job,looks great!

That style of pen has been one of the hardest for me to make.
