Here are my first attempts at a cigar pen. The first is Spanish Oak and Resin from TurnTex and the second is from Woodcraft (I need to turn the second more next time, felt way to big).

You did good on that first one. Looks really good. Yeah the 2nd one is pretty big on the lower barrel, but I know a lady at my work who loves them fat like that. You did good on both I think for you first go at them.

I agree that your two pens look good. I have been considering trying out some of the TurnTex blanks. Your second pen sure does look familiar. I made a pen some time ago using a blank from Woodcraft called "Tuscan Sun". I liked the look of it.
