This is rough still but something I've been kicking around
Cigar replica in redwood burl and is a twist rollerball.

Now that I look at this on a larger, clearer screen, I need to ask, what do you do for a finish? the pen looks great, but I see a lot of sanding marks that are holding it back from truly being a stunner.

I didn't pay much attention to the finish on this one as it still rough and the label is only floating on this for now. It's still a work in progess.

Yep.
I mentioned two methods to you in your first slimline thread :)

Smooth. I figured out that I can pull the label tight and true while dry and add a few drops of thin CA to the seam and that gets it pretty well handled. I'm gonna keep an eye out this one to be finished.
