I used some tru oil on a gun stock I made and liked the finish. I purchased some light wood like maple to try the tru oil and it looks good. Tru oil is not a finish to use if you are in a hurry,it takes time and many coats. Thanks Alan

Tru Oil is a great finish, I use it on some of my boxs. It does take time for it to dry but if you have the time its good stuff. Nice job on your pen, it really looks nice.
