Cigar color explosion

Made these for college friends I visited over the holidays, these were a lot of fun to turn and finish out. We got lots of comments using them when we went out

Pretty cool. Those are the first color explosion blanks I have seen on a pen.

The peace sign sign is laser cut, there's a local trophy shop that will engrave pen blanks for me. Then I used white inlace to fill it and provide the contrast, then work it smooth with a skew and fine sandpaper.
