Chrome European dressed in Zebrawood

Hello All
Here is another European pen, This time a chrome plating with a Zebrawood blank. I sanded the blank to 12000 mm and finished with 12 coats of WTF. As always any and all comments are welcome.

:frown::frown::frown: only a few folk liked my pen........fine then, if that's the way its going to be I'll fix all of you. I'm taking all my pens and going home........wait I already have all my pen and I am at home. Never mind. :biggrin:

Don't feel too bad about the occasional "dud thread" it happens to everyone! That's a nice pen, it makes me want to get some zebrawood out.

Thank Joe S. I know it does hppen but I couldn't resist having a bit of fun. I like Zibrawood except for the funky smell it has at time's.

I'm liking the WTF more and more. My last few pens were done in wood that I was able to just polish and not use a finish on. Finish is drawing me in!

Dan, after looking at your pen you've convinced me to do a pen or two in zebrawood. I turned some vice handles for our Son's friend and got 2 pieces of the wood about 7/8" square and 2' long. There a quite a few pens in that wood.

Thanks for all the great comments, Jim I know if you give WTF your going to love it. Harry I'm reslly looking forward to the gathering in Richmond. Im not sure if I'll be posting any pens until it over in case I want to enter them in a contest. Billy Zebrawood is really nice to work with and if always has great grain. Glen I glad I inspired you to try Zebrawood I know you'll be happy with the way it will come out.
