I made this pen today to send to Wolftat , along with a couple more pens he will send to Iraq . Cherry Burl on a Black TI Cigar . The wood was not stabilized so it tok quite a bit of CA to get it finished . CA and MMto 12000 Meguires Plast X and Renwax . Thanks for looking !

For this reason and some others, I send all pens to my son and nephew that are serving in Iraq. They pass the pens out to any soldier that they come across, including our allied forces. There is no rank pulling to get any of these pens. I hope that the Freedom Pens Program has a way of doing it similarly. I have sent several hundred pens to them and the only time an officer asked for a specific pen, he was referred to me and we worked something out. He was fully understanding that the front line soldiers come first.
