Cheerful bulb filler

Spring has finally arrived in the Southern Rockies and I wanted to make something bright and cheerful. This is a bulb filler with a Heritance nib.

As the name implies, a bulb filler uses a "bulb" -- actually a vinyl sac -- to draw ink into a closed chamber. Some folks incorporate a clear acrylic "window" toward the front section as an indicator of the current ink level. I don't -- I like surprises!
