Chechen Zen

Tried to capture the beautiful grain on this chechen piece. 8 coats thin CA finish, MM to 12k, plastic polish and ren wax. This was my first time turning chechen. Seems to be porous wood but but overall I thought it turned well; got good thin shavings using the skew. Thanks for looking.
