I make and sell quite a few pens in the sub $50 range. I am grateful for those sales, but love to make and sell higher priced pens whenever possible. These hybrids were a treat too. Wish me luck June 9-10 at the Artisan Festival.

PS. Sorry about the dog hair on the pen. New rule - no dogs in the photo room.

The Jr Gent is a good looking mid-range rollerball and those are nice looking blanks that you did a great job turning and finishing. What are you planning on pricing them at?

Both are very beautiful. One of my cats loved to sleep in my photo tent. I hope they do well - the pens.

Dog hair sticks to everything but the dogs.
A bit off topic- For your fly fishermen, my son had a black Lab. I would save the hair left from his bath, dry it and tie flies with the black hair. Caught lots of fish. Odd, but catfish wouldn't get near the flies.

Mark, very, very nice. I don't sell many pens for under $50.00--my Elegant Sierras and bolt-actions start at $54.95 and I sell more Cigars at $74.95. The one thing I can't move on Etsy is classy, fancy, wood or hybrid pens. There's just no "hook" that I've found to entice folks to view my listings or to buy. I'd really like to make more, but I can't have them in inventory for ever.
