Still gearing up for the upcoming pen shows. Trying to finish all my Jr. Celticus then go on to the others.

Two from today. The first is stabilized Thuya burl (from The WoodGuy1) and the second is a stabilized red dyed box elder burl from Bad Dogs Burls. I was very pleased with the deep color of the dyed box elder and the amount of stabilization.

C & C welcome!

Thanks for the kind words, Nicole and Dan. I think that the red dyed box elder is more striking as well. Bad Dogs burl does a good job with the stabilizing (they send it out) and if finished nicely. I have some green, purple and turquoise dyed box elder blanks from them and am looking forward to turning them.
