At least that's what this reminds me of...

Pink Mother of Pearl strips set in ebonite. Chunky, for me (15.4 mm in diameter), but it feels very nice in the hand. Might not work for a ladies hand, tho.

It's not so much a blank as a construction project. The pockets for the inlays are cut with a CNC mill, the shell is shaped and fitted by hand.
