Here is casting #10. I had an interesting problem come up. When I got done (Ir at least I thought so) I went to remove the barrels from the mandrel, the tube from the top barrel decided it didn't wanna go. I got it fixed, but that was a first. The blank was cast a couple of days ago, before I was asked for pictures of the mold (Sorry guys) but I do plan on getting pics next time I cast one.

Looks good Allen and nice save! I think you said in another post that you are making 3/4" sq blanks. Are you finding that to be a good size? I wonder if 5/8" would work and save on some resin.

I have to manually center my drill press, and to be honest, I need the extra material to make sure I don't screw myself over. Basically I save resin by not having to cast a second time. I'm not getting perfectly square or perfectly level blanks due to the crude nature of the molds I make, but I think I'm only using 3 ounces or so to get them thick enough to compensate.

Copy that. Just a thought.
