Well I haven't had much time to do any turning but managed to get back to the lathe and turn this. Bought the kit a long time ago and just thought that this Casein blank was the perfect blank for this kit. Took a few quick pics to post up, then I noticed my dirty fingerprint on the section . I upgraded the nib to a Heritance from Exotics.

I'm happy with the results. Looking for some feed back on what I could have done better.

Thanks,

Really digging on the shape of the cap....the body seems to be a little too 'waspy' for a postable pen(YMMV). Then again the body shape might be spot-on and the lense is adding a little?

Very well turned(didn't even notice the fingerprint)....thumbs up!!!!

Thanks guys. I appreciate the feedback. I do tend to get stuck on one design for a bit and need to get out of that habit. Maybe I'll put the lower section back on the lathe and turn it straight.
