hard to beat Brasso.
Actually, it's not hard to beat Brasso. Brasso contains ammonia, which dissolves copper. Although it shines up easily, repeated polishing with Brasso will eventually make the brass brittle. That's not really a problem for pens, but something reloaders avoid.

On the other hand, that is a pretty pen. Good job.

I like both a lot. What is the center band if you don't mind me asking? It looks like the toni twist CB but I can't really tell. Great job!

The center band comes from the Streamline pen kit. I got the kits from BeartoothWoods.com

By the way that is two pictures of the same pen.
