this is the first one of these blanks I have had the chance to turn I micro mesh allway throuugh the grits and polish with mcguires wax. putting it together I noticed a small crack in the final end I must not have cleaned out the tube good . anyway here it is all comments welcome:

Looks good David. I sand inside the tube ends of ALL my pens with a dremal until the part that goes in is almost a slip fit, then I epoxy it in. A lot less grief and no cracked blanks since. I am putting another single blank in the main to replace the cracked one. You should have it in a couple days.
