Carbon Fiber gent

I finally got to try the Carbon Fiber blank I got from Ed an Dawn today. I paired it with Jr Gent , Black Titanium pen kit. I really like the combo. looks sleek and stealthy. only rub for me is I don't like the threads on the gent. they don't seem to start as easy as I'd like. I'll fiddle with them tomorrow when I get a chance.

Looks excellent, but I know what you mean with the threads. I had the same issue on a couple of Jrs. I was building too. I found the only way it was smooth was if you inserted the lower barrel into the upper perfectly straight and level. Otherwise it would bind slightly. Not good in my opinion.
