I usually do work in wood, but I am starting to enjoy acrylics. These were fun to do, and I'm finding that polishing is what draws the customers in.

  1. Stratus click wearing a Sweetheart Poly Pearl blank from WoodNWhimsies. The customer wanted a subdued name on it, so I tried a decal for her- she loved it.
  2. Mesa gold in May Flowers blank from WoodNWhimsies
  3. Creekline in a colored swirl blank from PSI

Oh yes, this can be very addictive. I got hooked about 6 years ago and it has only gotten worse.

Found that my female customers prefer the colors available in acrylics and PR. The men seem to prefer the wood grain. Now you will have to start pouring your own blanks.
