I had a friend paint a camouflage pattern on a copper cigar pen. I am taking the camo and bullet pens to a gun show in Feb.

Can't really tell, but did you paint the brass tube? or the wood ? It looks like tube only. Any protective coating over the paint? I have painted camo on a wood gun stock and it has held up real good. Nice pen, should make for some good trading fodder at the show.

Looks like a good one for the hunting folk---I'm sure my Son would love that. Not sure what it'll look like yet, I do have some Camo Dymondwood which is angle cut.

Aluminum arrow shafts work real good for the slimline kits. They come in several different camo patterns.
