I tried some Cambridge pens for the first time. I like how they turned out.
Left to Right: Fountain pen with gold ti & sterling silver accents with Amboyna Burl, Fountain pen with sterling silver & gold ti accents with Gmelia burl and a Rollerball pen with gold ti & sterling silver accents with Desert Iron Wood.

All were finished with CA/ BLO.

C&C's welcome

Excellent Trio of Pens Karl,
Great Blanks,
Good Fit and Finish.
I feel that the Black Cambridges are better suited to these Blanks than the Gold.
Congratulations.
Brian.

It looks like there is a difference in the length of the upper barrel on the center one. Part may be photo position and part may be some operator trimming!

The one that is all gold with the DIW is a Cambridge Hybrid. I don't mind the gold with the DIW, but I agree that the ones with the black trim look better and help "frame" the woods.
