This is a piece of Camitilo Rosewood that I bought from Tuba (Joel)
The sanding dust from this wood is the brightest purple and the depth of the grain is buautiful, If he has anymore I want it!
Plus it finishes with no problems..After I sanded and polished with MM I was real tempted not to put any finish on it. It polished to a higher gloss then the finish. I was a big fan of cocobolo but I like this better

Yep, I agree with you. The wood is excellent to work with. Be very cary of breathing any of the dust as it is definitely a possible source of respiratory problems for you in the future. [:D]

Very nice pen too!

Beautiful, just look at the wood in that pen and the finish. That's what Im trying to learn how to do. My hat is off to you on this piece
