Cactus Pens

Replacing some of my inventory----Cactus pens are a real good seller for me. I cast these----kit- Jr Gent from CSUSA.

Those are cool, My wife just brought some catus back from Arizona. I'm looking forward to casting it up.

Do you cast it clear then paint the tubes?

Yup ---just a can of spray paint from wallyworld---nothing fancy.

What kind of glue do you use?
How do you prevent "glue spots" ?

I like the way they blend in with the cactus in the 2nd photo.

I am getting to the point where I really like 2 part epoxy for glueing tubes in. For me it fills any voids.
The 2nd photo was just for fun---something different
The only place that I know where you can buy these blanks is from MesquiteMan ( Curtis)----I do not sell Cactus blanks.
