This was my first attempt at a fountain pen, and, until it went and broke on me, it was the nicest pen I've made to date. Unfortunately, the threading on the nib end snapped inside the tube -- I have no idea how it happened. It was fine for a few days, and then bam! Bye-bye nice pen. At least I can salvage most of the kit...

Was it the nib threads that broke? If so you can probably get them out with an ez-out and just order a new nib . I think A.S. sells replacement nibs with threaded grip section for those.
