Well folk, tried another CE Baron. This time, no catches, no unseen weakneses on the blank, just a few bark incursions. But hey, its a burl!

For the incursions, I just filled with med CA and had a lemonade while it cured.

The pen is Black TN dressed in stabilized buckey burl. Finish is 2 coats of CC and 2 coats of TSW. This is the first pen that I actually MM above 4800. I am very happy with the results. Lef me know what your thought are.

Enough rhetoric.....[^] enjoy... :)

The Pen is very comfortable to hold. It does look a bit big, but since the cap doesnt post, the weight is fine. It is a real pleasure to write with.

Thanks for the kind words

Very nice looking pen, great work. I really like the closed end pens as well, I was getting ready to try a CE Baron with BEB this week. Good Job!
