Hi All,

These are my first ever Broker pens (From Craft Supply).

IMG_0441.jpg

They are redwood burl, thya burl, and a ble and red box elder burl.

A nice option on a Cross styled pen, I like the size, a nice fit and the hardware is well made, these are rhodium.

I used a CA finish on all of them, I like a less than gloss look on them, but I like the durability of the finish.

Comments are welcome;)

Beautiful pens Jim, like some of the others I've never tried them either. <s>Do they use a Parker refill</s>? Oops, I re-read your description and see they use a Cross refill. Very nice pens Jim.

Does the clip rub on the barrel when the pen is opened, and if so does it leave a mark? It'd be a shame to mar that beautiful finish on such excellent wood.

The clip is in contact with the pen body, I twisted each one a few times and I did not see a mark, I am not sure, but I think in time it may leave a scratch mark, others who have made them could comment I hope...:D
