This my latest addition ..... The "Brazilian Pepper Pen".
The Brazilian Pepper also known as the Florida Holly because of it's bright red berries around Christmas. Was introduced into Florida around the mid 1800's. It adapted well to the environment quickly spreading and choking out native habitats. Such as the Mangrove. It is considered an invasive species to be eradicated. It adapted so well that it will be impossible to control.
I have found a useful use of this pest in the beauty of the wood. As you can see it makes a fine pen. Brazilian Pepper can grow as tall as 25ft.
