Thanks for the kind words fellas. I was leary of getting to thin where the occlusion is right at the edge, so I left it proud of the band. I blew up a crushed pearl blank today. Was just crusin along and POW. I am not sure what I did wrong, Oh well!

Thanks. About six coats (maybe more, lost track) of lacquer, then mm to 12000.
