thx..with this blind mandrell system you will be able to use just about any bushing we (PSI) currently have which means you will be able to close the end of just about any pen in our catalog....it will give the turner more control over their designs....

before working at PSI i had never heard of pen turning....i must admit it is fun...i have access to anything i want...although i am the senior designer...they gave me a lathe station in the shop...when i finish my real work (mainly photographing and designing the catalog) i go to the shop and tinker with new designs....

i have no idea how to make a closed end pen but i am interested in the mandrel. Now back to the pen it is AWESOME
