I started turning pens back in November of 2008. I made one cigar pen in early 2009 & started selling slimlines. Never got around to turning another cigar pen. I had several cigar pens just sitting in the package but never used them. Decided it was time to make another one. I had a nice bocote blank & decided I would use it. I may have to turn a few more cigar pens to add to my inventory.

Looks good . You are not alone - I let my tubed cigar blanks age 3 years more than you did . Working on them tonight .

That is a beautiful piece of timber there Billy. You did it proud. I really like cigar pens, they really show off a nice piece of wood.
