Blue spalted buckeye burl

This pen is of some blue spalted buckeye burl that I recently got from Dario. It is very punky and has several voids so I stabilized it with acetone, plexiglass, and vacuum. I filled the voids with the shavings and CA. The finish is CA, Crystal Coat, and TSW. I think it made a very good looking pen.

Tom, it really has a great finish to it, and you did a heck of a job with the fit all around. I don't know that I'm keen on the color of the wood, but that's a personal preference and can be easily ignored! [] Congratulations!
