Black and White Ebony Custom Order

Hello all.

Figured I haven't posted pics of the pens I've made the last little bit, so might as well take some time out to do some photography. Here is the latest custom order from the shop (wood supplied by the buyer) - a curvy black and White ebony pen with a heavy CA finish and a medium JoWo nib. It is c/c fill, 150mm capped, and 135mm uncapped.

I am a big fan of CA finish on wood. Took a long time to get it down but goes quick now.

Yes Ken, you certainly have mastered it. I think the top three people that consistantly get a flawless CA are You, CharlesH and of course Mark Liggett.
There used to be two others as well, one was Marc-somebody and that guy who seemed to take a good pic while holding the pen in one hand and the camera in the other, but I haven't seen them post for a while.

Thanks very much, everyone. I have to say, when I opened the package John (Redwd707) send me, my eyes nearly bugged out. It was indeed a pretty sweet piece of B&W ebony.
