Any hints on how you got the blank/barrel to fit so tight to the kit? Did you bevel the ends? Just wondering 'cause mine never fit that good.:biggrin:

Thank you, no I don't bevel the ends I always use a micrometer to measure the kit and turn down to that measurement and don't rely on the bushings. I square the ends of the blanks using a flat sanding disc in the headstock and a rod with roughly the same diameter as the inside of the tube held in the tailstock. Hope that helps.
