I ordered some clear powder coat and it should be here tomorrow. In the mean time I shot some of the black powder coat that I had laying aroud just to make sure I remembered how to do it. These are 30-06 shell casings.
Emerald acrylic from Beartooth

Molten Metal from Woodturningz

Muddy Camo from Beartooth

All are 7mm Euro kits with slimline nibs

Dude, as a huge fan of all that the Bullet kits imply, I have to say those are beyond sweet. How did the powdercoating process go? Just sticking it in the oven? I am fascinated......

The powder coating is really easy and alot of fun. I use the Harbor Freight set up and a cheap toaster oven that I picked up for 20 bucks.. So it was less than $70.00 for the whole set up

This powder coating gun doesn't require a compressor. The gun has a fan in it that atomizes the powder. It works really well and is easy to use. We have several cups loaded with various colors, a cheap toaster oven and a standard size electric oven.

Get a transformer.
When i was station in Germany all my 110 electronics where plugged into transformers.
Just need to find out how many watts the system is.
