Dumb questtion..but what is Mylar? I'm guessing it's a type of plastic? How did you cut it so even?

I gotta learn how to do pens like that,it looks so cool.

.......well Steve, another of my hobbies is Fly Fishing, sooooooooo, I tie my own Flies. Mylar is a material used in fly tying and comes as you see it, with a prism effect and already cut to size! The hard part is getting it wrapped and spaced evenly. Also, thanks for the compliments folks. Be well...............Jan

Nice spacing, I'm guessing all those flies you have tied help with working out the 'swirl' going around an object(even though a #22 hook is a whole lot smaller to do).
