This was a leftover section from a 4" billet blank. I wanted to see how these blanks looked as a conventional pen section. The Jr Gent upper section diameter is just about perfect for equal inlays on the finished pen.

The last picture shows the section before turning.

Teaser... I will have about 40 similar blanks ava at the MPG for purchase to support the committee costs for the meeting.

Does look good. Anyway you slice it that combination and that detail will work. So many things you can do with it. Thanks for showing.

Nice work, the billets and chevrons sharp looking. Great demo at the Ohio meeting. Your demo is going to cost me some money. I liked
those tools you were using.

Exciting Segmented Billets, Mark.
Superb, Craftsmanship.
My First reaction to the First pen, with the "Billet" Cap. It Reminded me of the "Yesteryear" College or University Dress of the English, and I expect the USA Universities, with the White Trousers, a Significantly Coloured Vertical Striped Blazer, and of course a Straw Boater.
Not that I ever wore one.
Congratulations,
Brian.
