I read SDB777's article from 2010 about "My method of photo'ing a pen" & even e-mailed him some questions. So after making a few adjustments on my el-cheapo camera we have better pictures of my previous post! Scott & Lyn
have some awesome blanks at Slabsblanksandboards...

Those pictures are a big step up from the 1st ones Phillip. :good:

I've also learned a lot from reading that thread, and getting some tips from Scott. It may be time to have a photo demo for out next meeting.


Be an alternative if raining? Sure wouldn't want to do sawmilling and then be covered with milling dust.....then play with cameras.

These were single exposures, so no HDR stuff was done on these. Just a quick run through LR4.4, then border/text added in Picsas3. Simple stuff really. The hard part was turning 'em so well!!! Big thumbs up for ya on making some great writing instruments!!!!
