Made and gave this pen to my mate this evening for his 70th birthday. He works his own business with his son laying specialist timber floors and floor polishing is as tough as teak loves timber. Gave me a grin and said we are still here (I turned 75 this month)

He will read my note and view the pen tonight later and phone me he is a church buddy as well. The blank with others I ordered in Bethlehem, they sent the timber by taxi to a semi safe area where my Jewish mates daughter and son in law took delivery for me sent to my mate to me, cost me a bomb. I made 3000 yr old Huon Pine Burl pens for thanks for the Jewish family paid all expenses and transfers. Tip find a reseller in America and buy so saving money and the main suppliers delays etc. I can get twenty blanks from the States for around 13 dollars in a week.

Regards Peter.
