Hi all,
Been a while since I posted a pen here. Did this one today, the top anyway. It's some Elk antler a Friend sent me. I tried to keep as much of the character as I could with out throwing the pen too far out of balance. The shell casing is a 30-06 from the FIL. I did the tube install myself. I learned to do it from Gregg. (cozee). I used a soft grip kit, I like the heavier, fancier clip. I made a stand from a piece of short antler, just messin round.

Good Job on this. I usually don't fall for the casing pens either, but this is well proportioned and the components work well together.

Thanks all. I glad you like it. I have been leaning toward the 30-06 casing. I like the longer proportions of the longer shell. Seems to eliminate the need for a CB also. I like the cleaner look with no CB.
