Been to the library see if you think I learned anything. The one on the left is a tutorial from UKpenmaker called a swirling segment I used pink ivory and holly. The center is from a tutorial by Mike Vickery called a 30 degree herringbone made with tigerwood, oak and walnut. The last is a goof. Someone mentioned camo blank so I tried to use black and white ebony then dye it with green. Did`t pass . comments please. Perry

Good idea, and good lookin' pens.
Guess I oughta make a library trip too to expand my horizons.
Only thing I'd say is bigger images; I'd like to see more detail.
The herringbone looks cool.
