What kind of clip is that, and how is the clip attached? I have been looking around for high-end clips and coming up short.

In looking at the pen, it appears that you used a plastic of some type to make the parts that are threaded. Is that correct?

But aren't you afraid that, with time, the red wood will turn brownish, and the plastic will stay red?
