Here is a pen I made from corian. I got from elody21 in the classifieds.

It is your basic slimline with 1/2"sq. pieces of corigan turned and polished. I turned them altogether not glued then separated and polished. That gave them a beaded appearance.

Then I assembled them on a tube and glued them together in the traditional manner. But I used a piece of corian for the center band.

I got to just keep trying new stuff. Corian is fun to work with.

I think it looks great. Quite a good imagination you have there. I do wonder though why they had to be seperated. Seems they could still be sanded and polished while glued together, but perhaps not...you tell me why? Of course...I ask because I think this needs to be on the list of things to do since I have a big box of corian on the shelf.[:D]
