Should there be a short little spring that goes inside the end cap on the fountain pen, or is it needed just for the rollerball? I'm missing one.

Also, I hate it when this happens, but I ended up with spare parts. :D

I have two little flat washer, one gold and one black. It doesn't show them being used in the picture of the directions, nor does it say anything about them. But it sure seems like they should go somewhere, no? Thanks!

I feel like a newbie again. :D

Rt. I took those out of the bag, thought you wouldn't need them [:D]

All or all that I know of Baron, Jr's never have a spring in the founta pen kits, that is a pet pieve of mine. [}:)]

The flat washers should go in between the parts on the threaded cap end,
capiece [:D]

Look under posted pictures today, see the solid body pen I put up, see the black washer between the two gold cap pieces, that's where it goes.

Thanks Anthony!

The Barons didn't come from you so I know you didn't remove them. [:D]

I guess I won't worry about the washers, it still looks good. Wonder why they don't show them in the directions? Maybe I missed it. [:I]
