Nice, very nice indeed...! I'm pleased of seeing some pens start to come out from my last lot of pens blanks Resifills...!
These seem to be well accepted and people everywhere are enjoying what they produce. In fact, I have and order for 10 of these blanks 1" square x 6" long which will be 2 pieces of 3" pods joined together, this person is a ring maker and h want to make rings out of these and some of the Hairy Banksia Pod cast in clear but with the pod cut the same way as the new Dwarf blanks, using only the core/centre of the pod, 5 of these at the same size as the Dwarf.
I actually, already know how they will look like, I done a handful (raw pod only) of them a few years back but, was just too much pod waste so, I never done them again, until these one now.
Anyway, back to this pen, it come out beautifully even though the pod is not stabilised but it seems to stay solid all the way through, and that is marvelous...!

had to use just a little ca as turned the blank, when I got almost to the end I used sand paper to get it to size.

Stunning pen! Your banksia pods look gorgeous with the blue color and great finish, very eye catching. Great job!
An stunning blank made it a stunning pen. Great fit and finish. I cant want for my blanks to arrive.
